Math: Worksheets over solving addition problems using a hundreds chart
Reading: Reading log. We
need a parent signature and students to write a sentence that tells about the
book each night.
Writing: Word Study Worksheet and Study Sight Words
This week we are learning:
Math: We are working on adding and subtracting two digit numbers while using a hundreds chart. In addition to this, students will continue to practice comparing and ordering numbers.
Science: We are going to be looking closely at the Water Cycle
Students will be exploring the processes in the water cycle, including
evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. They will also connect it to
weather conditions.
Social Studies: Map Skills
Reading: We are
making connections to characters and story elements in books.
Writing: We are
working on adding more detail to our stories.
Social Studies: World Maps
Important Dates:
