This week (September 15th-19th) we are learning:

Homework: Math hundreds chart/puzzle page, Word Study Worksheet, Reading Log 20 min every night. All homework is due this Friday. 

Math-place value, ones, tens, hundreds, base ten blocks, vocabulary standard form, picture form, expanded form, written / word form:

Reading-Text features, identifying character, problem, setting and solution

*Remind students to turn in their reading notebooks  with reading timeline completed in the first two pages..

Writing-Students will continue writing about a small moment in their life. They will learn strategies to stretch their stories out by adding sensory details. 

Word Study: We are reviewing short a, e, i, o ,u words.
