May 4th-8th
Historical Figures (Living Museum Project)
Your student will become their historical figure on Thursday, May 21st from 1:00-3:00 pm in the library. Parents are welcome to come to this event! We will send the exact time of when each class will give their presentations soon. Students can wear their normal clothes to school. They can take their costume in a bag with them and change before the event happens. Please remember that students will be responsible for creating a costume at home.

Field Trip this Thursday!
Field Trip to the Houston Zoo this Thursday April 23rd, remember to bring sack lunch!
Historical Figures (Living Museum Project)
We will begin a major project over a historical figure. Students need to pick their top 3 choices from the paper sent home. Student will get to do book and internet research about their historical figure at school and the costume will need to be created at home. Please see sheet for more details. Students will come with their costume and become their historical figure on May 21st.

Homework: Math Page. Students will be creating a Shape Riddle. Students will put a 3D shape in a bag and then bring to share on Friday. Students will write a riddle on the front of the bag. As a class, we will have to guess the shape in the bag!
